On Sunday Oct. 8, the additive manufacturing industry made national headlines with a 60 Minutes feature on CBS. The segment focused on the process behind 3D printing homes and its market validity. The large ICON Vulcan 3D printer highlighted in the story can print walls for a 3,000 sq ft home without relocation, according to ICON.
