Rebecca Taylor is senior vice president of the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (NCMS), the largest technology consortium in North America focused on manufacturing.

NCMS includes collaboration among companies, academia and government, allowing technology to be developed with less risk, greater speed and less unknowns. Taylor enjoys leading companies that make things into the next generation of technology development, and is especially passionate about cybersecurity.

Taylor serves on the Board for the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, the National Advanced Mobility Consortium and Girls Inc DC. She is the recipient of the national STEP award, recognizing outstanding women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Production.

Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree from the George Washington University and a Master's degree from the London School of Economics.
