by | Jul 25, 2022

Summary

Building respect for, and an understanding of, the experiences of people who differ from us in their race, gender, gender identity, abilities, etc., creates a foundation for innovation. DEI brings different ways of thinking to the team, and, importantly, gives team members the appreciation of how those differences can lead to the improvement of products and services. DEI opens everyone’s eyes and invites creative, inclusive ways of driving innovation. In case you missed it, watch this discussion from Automation Alley's 2022 Integr8 conference on the value of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in innovation, engineering and manufacturing.
