Automation Alley

  HR Toolkit

The Automation Alley HR Toolbox, proudly sponsored by the Business Growth Committee's Human Resources Team, was designed for small businesses with limited HR resources.

The contents in the HR Toolbox have been contributed by our members as examples of human resources policies and procedures utilized at their organizations. Also included are in the toolbox are summaries of federal and state employment laws with links to more information. Automation Alley suggests you use these samples as a starting point to create your own organization's policies and practices. Consult your own legal counsel as necessary.
