Automation Alley provides up to eight different meeting rooms of all sizes for Automation Alley members to use as part of their member benefits, some available free of charge. Members can use rooms for many different purposes, including press conferences, seminars and events, off-site strategic planning sessions, virtual meetings and to showcase new technologies and products.
In 2010, nearly 10,000 people attended a meeting, seminar or event held at Automation Alley.
All rooms are available from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Rooms may be scheduled up to one year in advance. Technology Showcase Atrium
Our signature 2,200 square foot Atrium is Automation Alley Headquarters’ largest conference room. The Atrium comfortably seats 100 and is equipped with integrated audio and video systems, wireless Internet access, a computer projection system and video-conferencing capabilities for IP to IP connections.
The Board Room measures 850 square feet and seats 20. It is equipped with audio and video systems, wireless Internet access, a computer projection unit, a conference speakerphone system and video-conferencing capabilities for IP to IP connections.
A smaller version of the Board Room, this room measures 250 square feet and seats 12. It is equipped with wireless Internet access, a conference speakerphone and video-conferencing capabilities for IP to IP connections.
International Business Center
Located in Automation Alley's International Business Center, the state-of-the-art Executive Board Room offers conference table seating for 20 with additional sofa-style seating for 16. The conference table integrates with up to four computer inputs and a projector unit allowing for connectivity to a high-tech interactive whiteboard. Wireless Internet access, a conference speakerphone system, buffet area, refrigerator and other amenities are also provided. This room is available for Foundation-level members and tenants of the International Business Center only.
Video-Conference Room Collaboration Center Multimedia Office Open Office Tenant Area
Designed for the virtual meeting, this gallery-style Video-Conference Room seats 11 and offers cutting-edge technologies including an HD video system that displays over
two 60” HD monitors and can connect up to four calling sites simultaneously to allow for face-to-face interaction and ability to display various presentations at once. A conference speakerphone, wireless Internet access and buffet area are also included.
This unique workspace fosters collaboration through a state-of-the-art media:scape system that can connect up to eight laptops at once. Transition easily from one computer presentation to the next over two 42” HD monitors. A webcam, conference speakerphone system, refrigerator, buffet area and wireless Internet access are all included.
The Multimedia Office provides a traditional cozy atmosphere combined with the necessities for getting work done, including a computer with a built-in webcam, an optional second webcam, a phone and wireless Internet access.
