Automation Alley is the convener of the Information Security RSA.

The role of the convener is not to chart the course of the MiRSA, but rather to act as a facilitator in the development of the MiRSA and expedite the overall process, providing a forum for the beginning and maintaining a discussion of workforce needs and solution.

Automation Alley provides ongoing support of the RSA's mission through use of Automation Alley facilities resources, as well as participation in networking events and committee leadership. Many RSA Partners are also Automation Alley members seeking to further strengthen partnerships between business, government, and education.

The RSA's efforts parallel Automation Alley's mission to develop, retain, and attract a high-tech, highly skilled workforce in Southeast Michigan, and to coordinate regional efforts to brand the area as a global center for technology.
