|Is your company interested in protecting trade secrets and intellectual property?
This conference is designed to create awareness among Southeast Michigan companies whose trade secrets and other confidential data may be compromised by hackers as threats become more prevalent and alarming. Last year alone, cyber thieves cost U.S. companies $400 billion in intellectual property, while severely undermining our nation’s global competitiveness and national security.
The conference will be moderated by Matt Roush, editor of the WWJ Technology Report. Guest speakers include Special Agents Thomas Rankin and Chris Bartolo of the FBI. U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers, chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, will keynote the event. Rep. Rogers is a nationally renowned expert on cybersecurity issues. In addition, the conference will feature case studies from companies whose networks have been breached. Company executives will discuss what safeguards were implemented to mitigate future risks of espionage.
