Host/Company: Automation Alley

Event Description

According to John M. Jones, director, business leader - talent & rewards, of Towers Watson, "Organizations are running 21st century businesses with 20th century workplace practices and programs. Their strategies and operations reflect the demands of a technologically enabled and highly interconnected global market for resources, labor, goods and services. Their people practices are not keeping pace and remain rooted in a more traditional approach and environment.”

Join us as Jones presents tips on how to hire and keep that elusive ‘ideal’ employee.

This session will kick off our six-session series on Hiring and Keeping the Perfect Ideal Employee. Future topics will include writing a realistic job description, resources for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and managing the generation gap in the workplace. Watch for dates to be announced.

This event is presented by the Automation Alley Education and Workforce Committee. For information about committee participation, click here.
