Automation Alley Headquarters is the primary location for Automation Alley staff and member activity as well as the location of our International Business Center. Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday.

Please have the following information on hand in order to reserve a room:
- Your Membership level
- The date and time of your meeting or event
- The approximate number of guests.

L. Brooks Patterson Auditorium
The 2,200-square-foot Auditorium comfortably seats 100 and is equipped with integrated audio and video systems and a computer projection system, perfect for large-scale events and conferences.
Executive Board Room
The Executive Board Room offers conference table seating for 20 with additional sofa-style seating for 16. The conference table integrates with up to four computer inputs and a projector unit. A Buffet area, high top tables, refrigerator and other amenities are also provided.

The Board Room seats 20 and is equipped with audio and video systems and a computer projection unit.
The Conference Room seats 12 and is equipped with a conference phone and a computer projection unit.
Video Conference Center
Designed for the virtual meeting, the gallery-style Video Conference Center seats 11 and offers a video system displayed on two 60” HD monitors that can connect up to four calling sites simultaneously. A conference phone and buffet area are also included.
The Collaboration Center offers a conference table that can connect up to eight laptops at once. Transition easily from one computer presentation to the next on two 42” HD monitors. A conference phone, refrigerator, buffet area and Internet access are also available.
If your membership level does not provide access to meeting room space, or you have reached your room allowance, the following fees apply:

- Executive Board Room: Foundation Member Exclusive
- Board Room: $300
- Conference Room: $250
- Video Conference Center: $300
- Collaboration Center: $300
